The phrase "By description"
[edit]Does anyone know what is meant by the phrase "by description" in this article? For instance, does this mean that the title of the legislation tells us something, or the detail of the legislation itself?
- Given that there has been no response to the above, what I've done is to simplify the article by removing the phrase "by description" from the article. If you feel that this phrase does actually add something to the article, please feel free to revert my edit. Editor.
"the term legal tender was redefined"
[edit]I don't see a definition of legal tender anywhere in the Act. It defines which coins and notes are legal tender, but not what the term "legal tender" actually means. Hairy Dude (talk) 11:58, 28 May 2024 (UTC)
